I ran 6 along the beach (20.2 to go), then went for a massage. I am still suffering with a lower back ache, which has been determined as an SI joint issue. Oh well. It doesn't bother me running so I keep on running! Can you guess my headband?

Cupcake Marathon Begins
A virtual "yummy" race of one of my most favorite treats....CUPCAKES began today! Anyway, I have a marathon to complete by March 26th (piece of cake....oops...I mean cupcake;))
I ran 6 along the beach (20.2 to go), then went for a massage. I am still suffering with a lower back ache, which has been determined as an SI joint issue. Oh well. It doesn't bother me running so I keep on running! Can you guess my headband?
