Stu's 30k in Clinton, MA was not for the faint hearted (although I thought I was going to barf and faint a few times).
I had such a great fan club, my brother Stu, his buddy Greg (a running beast!) and our friend Dayna.
It really DOES take a village (Nancy). Thank you guys for supporting me.
Greg's wife made me a wonderful mixed berry protein shake afterwards too. Thanks Jamie!
It reminded me of B in the past, who made sure I had the right post nourishment for these kick butt races.
Confidence in check.
London is creeping up. Think I'm ready.....almost.
Got by with a little help from my friends.
Lip gloss by Clarins - Sheer pink. Lipstick...don't leave home without it.
How did Stu get a race named after him?
ReplyDeleteYou are the queen of rocking races...especially the hard ones!! I agree...how did Stu get his own race?
ReplyDeleteI love that the race is named after your brother! What's the story?
