HILLY!! Wonderful volunteers, t-shirt and spread. If I could upload pics, I'd show you the great tech shirt we got!
Happy that's over and my legs are STILL recovering. I am happy with my time although slow (9:26 pace).
My time 1:34:11
I'm bumming because there were other blog gals there that I could have met!
Next up...Heart Throb 5K...TOMORROW (Feb 9th)
I will run it even through the snow. I'm on the Northeast, on the ocean and we're expecting 12-24 inches of snow!!!
School is cancelled for tomorrow. I have DVD's and in the middle of reading a great book of short stories by Mark Helprin called: The Pacific.
Peace...out.....not looking forward to all of the shoveling!!!!
There will be other races & we'll meet! :)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your snow day. I WISH they'd call it now.....ugh!!!! But we're supposed to get hit in the afternoon - so we may have a 1/2 day. The only good part about that is that we won't have to make it up! :)
Good luck with the snow run! I'm trying to look at shoveling as a form of cross-training :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you are staying warm and dry! I have been watching the news and thinking of you! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteHope you're plowed out and back to normal post-blizzard!
